Poniros Jewellery is proud to present its new headquarters, an astonishing neoclassical building hosting the very first Athens Landmark Boutique, a fully equipped Workshop, Gold Refinery & creative Atelier.

Located in the heart of Athens, on historical Mitropoleos street, between Syntagma Square and the Metropolitan Cathedral of Athens, the House of Poniros was designed to offer a holistic high jewellery experience to its guests, with live viewings from every process of jewellery making.

Shipping & Handling

All Poniros creations are carefully prepared and dispatched from our workshop within 2–3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

For customized or made-to-order pieces, additional production time may be required. If we anticipate any delay, you will be notified promptly via email or telephone.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Upon receipt, we recommend personally inspecting the parcel to ensure that the packaging remains intact.

Important: All online orders are shipped directly from our workshop and cannot be collected or exchanged at our boutiques.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. For international deliveries, duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Payment

Poniros accepts all major credit cards. Please note that payments are processed exclusively in Euros.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each of our pieces is handcrafted to order, we do not offer refunds on any purchases.

However, we are pleased to offer the possibility of an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Requests for exchange must be submitted within 10 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging, with all labels intact.

  • Exchanges are only possible for items of equal or greater value and are subject to availability.

  • Items that have been engraved, personalized, or custom made cannot be exchanged.

  • Faulty items will be replaced with the same design.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Please note: Items purchased through our online store cannot be exchanged at Poniros boutiques.
