Shipping & Handling

Online orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from our workshop within 2–3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

For customized or made-to-order pieces, additional production time may be required. If we anticipate any delay, you will be notified promptly via email or telephone.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Upon receipt, we recommend personally inspecting the parcel to ensure that the packaging remains intact.

Important: Every Poniros design is meticulously handcrafted, and natural variations in gemstone carat weight ensure that each piece is truly unique. All online orders are shipped directly from our workshop and cannot be collected or exchanged at our boutiques.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. For international deliveries, duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Payment

Poniros accepts all major credit cards. Please note that payments are processed exclusively in Euros.

Returns & Exchanges

Given the artisanal nature of our creations, we do not offer refunds on purchases made in our boutiques or online. However, we are pleased to accommodate exchanges under the following conditions:

 

Requests for exchange must be submitted within 10 calendar days of your purchase or receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging, with all labels intact.
  • Exchanges are only possible for jewellery items of equal or greater value and are subject to product availability.
  • Items that have been engraved, personalized, or custom made cannot be exchanged.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Please note: Items purchased through our online store cannot be exchanged at Poniros boutiques.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at customercare@poniros.com or call (+30) 210 323 3066. Our team will provide instructions and authorize the return.

Goods sent without prior written approval will not be accepted.
